Discipleship & Mentoring

Encourages the development of life-on-life relationships within CBMC IN

Scope

A member of this team will use Operation Timothy (OT) as the primary discipleship tool of the ministry.

They will encourage the formation of lifelong partnership among the Pauls, Timothys, and the ministry of CBMC Indiana.

Members of this team willcontinually seek to improve the OT program Develop mentoring tools beyond OT such as "Beyond Brotherhood", extending OT, Operation Paul, etc.

Members of this team will assist each other in developing training programs, events, etc. for personal and team growth

Evangelism

Encourages the training and development of CBMC members in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, particularly to other businessmen

Scope

Members of this team share the gospel message via the actions, words and deeds associated with events and members

Team members will plan outreach events that provide opportunity to hear the Gospel Including hearing preaching, teaching and other venues.

The Evangelism Team will develop follow-up procedures for outreach encounters.

Strategic Resource

Provides budgeting, planning, organizing and development of financial resources

Scope

The Stategic Resource Team has the goal to Develop annual budgets for CBMC Indiana (CBMC IN) that expand the impact of the ministry and identify the sources needed to fund those budgets.

This team needs talented members to determine any additional staffing needs for CBMC IN Focus on the CBMC Indiana Growth Plan to carry out God's work through the men of CBMC IN

This donor funded networking group will develop a corporate sponsor base for large events and ensure funding for the needs of the other six Focus Teams in the CBMC IN constellation Maintain close connections to the CBMC IN donor base.

The Stategic Resource Team will take every opportunity promote the scriptural basis for giving, as presented in contemporary publications such as Fields of Gold by Andy Stanley

Persons desiring to be on this focus team must be passionate about the CBMC Indiana Growth Plan they must also be a financial supporter of CBMC Indiana and have a margin in time

Events and Promotion

Plan, organize, and implement the use of events to carry out the mission of CBMC Indiana

Scope

A member of this team will assist in the planning and promotion of events to raise the awareness and growth in CBMC Indiana. They will also assist in the development of a marketing plan and strategy for new events in CBMC Indiana. Development of specific events for, and in collaboration with, other Focus Teams, Develop written, audio, video and multimedia promotional materials for the Focus teams and other ministry promotions such as convention booth displays, media ads, etc.

Collaborate with the Communication team on continually improving the CBMC Indiana web site.

Undergird everything we do with prayer, and encourage and train the men of CBMC Indiana to develop their prayer lives

Scope

Members of this team are most aware of what the other Focus Teams are doing and where CBMC Indiana is going in order to focus prayers in these areas of direction.

Those on this team will build an intra-ministry prayer network and develop processes to encourage the spiritual development of all CBMC members.

Communication

Ensure the flow of information within CBMC IN, and about CBMC Indiana to the community.

Scope

Members of this team will prepare text for all intra and inter-ministry communications. They will Collaborate with the Events & Promotion team on continually improving the CBMC IN web site.

They will Develop phone contact networks among the focus teams to encourage those in the ministry develop a flexible CBMC Indiana database that can interface with that of other ministries produce and help develop a CBMC Indiana operations manual

Members of this team will attempt to reach business owners, CEO's, and others with the desirability to have a "Christian Board of Directors"
